Born on Briar Cliff,
Built for the Curious

The Alchemist of Dunedin wasn't born from a trend — it was born from a belief that a café should be more than a place to grab coffee, and a bar should be more than a place to grab a drink. It should be a destination.

Located in the heart of Holiday, Florida, we've created a space where the ritual of specialty coffee seamlessly flows into the artistry of craft cocktails. Every pour, every stir, every garnish is intentional. Every guest is treated like a regular before they've even sat down.
